Check-out time is from 6 to 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

Terms of cancellation of apartment reservation

In case of cancellation of the apartment reservation by individual guests or groups, the following cancellation conditions apply: The reservation can be canceled without cancellation costs up to 7 days before the arrival date. For reservations canceled from 7 days to the last day before the arrival, we will charge a cancellation fee in the amount of the paid advance from 20% to 100% of the total amount of the reservation (or paid advance).

Conditions for canceling an activity reservation

In case of cancellation of an activity reservation (rafting, kayaking, canyoning …) by individual guests or groups, the following cancellation conditions apply: The reservation can be canceled without cancellation fees up to 2 hours before the start of the activity.

Cancellation of the reservation on behalf of Pension Hosnar

We reserve the right to cancel existing guest reservations in exceptional cases (e.g., closure of the entire house or cancellation of activities due to force majeure), which we will inform guests of at least 24 hours before the intended arrival. In this case, the customer of the apartment or activity is only entitled to a refund of the amounts already paid for the reserved services and is not entitled to request a refund of any damage and/or additional amounts.

Reservation guarantee conditions

You can book accommodation at Pension Hosnar or an activity by e-mail: info@penzionhosnar.com or by phone: +386 51 395 031. Your reservation is confirmed by credit card number, validity date, and CVC code or prepayment.

Full payment for the apartment, services, and/or activities is made at the reception of Pension Hosnar. A credit card is required as a guarantee for your reservation. Your credit card will be charged following the cancellation policy.

Age restriction

The minimum age for registration without an adult is 18 years. There are no restrictions when accompanied by an adult.

Access for the physically challenged

Access to our accommodation and restaurant is also available for the physically challenged. We recommend a selection of accommodations on the ground floor, which you can check here.

Smoking and cleanliness

At Penzion Hosnar, we strive to provide clean rooms and a pleasant stay for our guests. Smoking is therefore prohibited in the closed premises of Pension Hosnar (apartments, restaurant). In case of smoking, we will charge you the cost of deep cleaning for €45. In case of major stains or damage to our property, we will charge you a cleaning or repair fee of at least €200 or according to the damage caused.

Pets

We cannot accept pets in our facilities. We strive to create a comfortable environment for our guests, and some may be allergic or sensitive to animals. We appreciate your cooperation in making a pleasant stay possible for all guests. If we find out that you are staying with a pet in the apartment, we will politely ask you to find alternative accommodation for your stay in Bovec. Alternatively, we will charge you €45 for a deep cleaning fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Parking

Guests staying at Pension Hosnar are provided with one free private and secured parking space. Parking in our parking lots is at your own risk. Penzion Hosnar is not responsible for any damage. For external visitors, parking is payable according to the valid price list.

Breakfasts

Guests staying at Penzion Hosnar can enjoy a buffet breakfast in our restaurant. Guests do not need to reserve a table in advance. For external guests, it is mandatory to reserve a table by 10 p.m. the night before. The price of breakfast is €12.90 per person. If the capacity is full, we unfortunately cannot guarantee you a free table without a prior reservation. Children and extra beds

Prices for children’s beds and extra beds are not included in the total price. You can pay for them separately during your stay at the accommodation.

All prices include VAT. The tourist tax is not included in the price and amounts to €2 per person per day. A rich breakfast buffet is included in the price.
